One of our goals in working with Avanti is to make the life of the Team Managers as easy as possible. And here's the first of many time-savers: Pre-submit Credit Card Guarantee Information. Hotels will require a credit card to confirm each hotel reservation. The form below is a quick AND secure way to get this information to Avanti (no charges are made to your credit card). So, when it actually becomes time to book a hotel, all the parent will need to do is email Avanti with permission to book.
